For nearly 20 years, I’ve pursued a healthy lifestyle. What began as a passion for fitness in the gym expanded into holistic living, biohacking, and ultimately—by God’s leading—a calling in Integrative Health. My commitment to wellness, education, and faith became truly life-saving when I left an abusive marriage and began the journey of healing my mind, body, and soul.
As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I built my practice on the foundation of the Bible, weaving in the tools of Functional Medicine to guide others through their own healing journey. Biblical Medicine emphasizes God as the source of all healing and draws on natural remedies, plants as medicine, holistic practices, and dietary principles rooted in scripture. It views health as a sacred integration of body, mind, and spirit, honoring the body as the temple of the Holy Spirit. This includes intentional eating, physical activity, rest, and stewardship of health as acts of worship to God.
Functional Medicine, on the other hand, seeks to uncover and address the root causes of illness through a systems-based approach, often using advanced diagnostic testing. By blending the wisdom of ancient Biblical practices with the insights of modern science, and grounding it all in the healing power of God, I create actionable plans that empower lasting transformation—helping you restore health while also healing from your past.
My mission is not simply to help you detox or achieve a certain image. My calling is to help you rebuild your life after domestic violence, to reclaim wholeness, and to step into freedom. I would be honored to walk beside you on this journey and to witness the beautiful new chapter God is writing in your story.

Health can be hacked but there's no one better guide in your journey than that of our Creator. In 2 Corinthians 6:16, we are called the "...temple of the living God." I believe that by inviting God to lead our health, and asking Him to heal us, there's nothing we can't do to change our lives and strengthen our temple. In addition, God teaches us the importance of forgiveness. There are countless scientific studies that show how unforgiveness leads to disease. But before those studies, the Bible taught us that unforgiveness can be a poison that affects our health. By practicing forgiveness, we can release ourselves from its harmful effects and experience the blessings of peace, healing, and well-being.
